Scholarship

One-time scholarships will be awarded to IALAS candidates in Latino/a serving districts. We will be offering three $1000 scholarships each. Here is the overview of what will need to be submitted. Please share your application with Nicholas Guerrero at nguerrero@ialas.org. Application deadline will be in early 2024.

Mentorship

The purpose of the IALAS Mentoring Program is to increase the number of successful Latino/Latina administrators, committed to closing the Latino/Latina student achievement gap. We believe that one of the most effective ways to achieve combating the gap among Latino students is to provide mentoring opportunities to educational professionals in the field, which would foster their understanding and enhance their future career endeavors. We offer 1:1 mentoring services based on the needs of the mentee, but both parties will determine what this relationship will look like.
